Chia Pudding Recipe
Quick and Easy Chia Pudding Recipe: A 5-Minute Antioxidant Powerhouse for Fertility
Chia pudding is one of my favourite snacks that I include in the fertility menus each week for my fertility clients.
Why?
Chia seeds are a fertility superfood. They are a complete source of protein with all essential amino acids and contain eight times more Omega-3 fatty acids than salmon, more calcium than dairy, and are high in iron, potassium, Vitamin C, and antioxidants.
These nutrients are essential for boosting reproductive health, supporting hormonal balance, and enhancing egg quality.
This chia pudding is incredibly easy to make, requiring just 5 minutes and a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup milk (almond, oat, coconut)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Topping - fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) or walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts
Directions
Mix milk, vanilla, and maple syrup together
Slowly stir in chia seeds, whisk quickly so they don't clump together
Pour into glass bowls or mason jars
Refrigerate 5 hours or overnight
Top with fruit and nuts
Enjoy
Enjoy chia pudding for breakfast or as a snack, topped with fresh berries and crunchy nuts, and savor the abundance of nutrients that support your fertility journey.
