

How to eliminate toxins from your daily routine!

This is one of my favourite fertility treats.
Plus, it's so pretty it gives you an extra sense of hunger satisfaction!
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, wax paper or a silicone mat.
2. Spread the yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, evenly onto the lined baking sheet, about 1/4-inch think.
3. Sprinkle the pomegranate, almonds, and pumpkin seeds overtop.
4. Place in the freezer until very firm, about 2 hours.
5. Slice or break apart into pieces.
Tips: Keep frozen in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to two months. Line with parchment paper between the pieces if needed.
If you are dairy free - use coconut yogurt!
BONUS: Add in strawberry slices, blueberries, crushed pistachios, sliced walnuts, hemp seeds, shredded coconut or chocolate chips.
You can make so many versions of it, you will never get bored.
