Directions

1. Get a large soup pot, and sauté with olive or avocado oil; onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, potato, celery, carrots. You can season with salt and pepper.

2. Add tomatoes and broth and bring to a boil.

3. When it comes to a boil, add the lentils.

4. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.

5. Add spinach/kale, and any spices you like. Paprika is a good one.

 6. Let simmer for 10 more minutes, stirring as needed.

7. Add juice from the lemon and parsley.

8. Optional - sprinkle with feta cheese and enjoy.

I always use my glass jars and freeze, so I have a quick lunch whenever I need.

PS: Add whatever veggies you have in the fridge, be flexible and have fun with it.

Fertility Tip:

Try and use only organic or non-gmo brands of all your ingredients. Especially, if the vegetable is on the dirty dozen list.

We don't want to add any unwanted pesticides to your body.
